The cost of shipping is dependent on the destination of your package. If you are shipping within the UK, the cost is £8. However, we provide free shipping for orders that are equivalent to or exceed £100.
We currently only deliver direct to consumer orders to the UK.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when the order is being dispatched from CASALATINA. If you cannot find your tracking email please contact us on info@casalatina.co.uk
returns
When you receive your CASALATINA order, a return label has been included as well. Fill out the label and include it with the returned products. If the return label is missing when you receive the order please contact us by email. The return label is important as it will enable us to identify the specific order when it arrives at CASALATINA. Products should be returned to us in unused condition within 14 days from the receiving date.

If you have not received all products you ordered please contact CASALATINA at info@casalatina.co.uk
If a product is damaged when shipped or you have received a wrong product please contact info@casalatina.co.uk as quickly as possible and please include an image of the damaged or wrong product in the email.
If a complaint is confirmed CASALATINA will pay the shipping cost for replacement products. If the replacement product is not in stock, your money will be credited within 30 days. Please be aware of the risk of paying toll when receiving replacement products - CASALATINA will not cover this expense.
