The Chamba Cocotte is a celebration of ancestral black pottery and timeless cooking ritual, crafted by hand in La Chamba, Colombia. Sculpted from natural clay and burnished with agate stone to achieve its soft satin sheen, each piece carries the quiet beauty of true craftsmanship — no glazes, no toxins, just earth and fire.

Designed for slow cooking and generous sharing, the fitted lid seals in moisture and flavour, making it ideal for stews, braises, soups and oven-baked dishes. It moves effortlessly from flame to oven to table, transforming everyday meals into soulful gatherings. Available in four sizes from XS to L.

Handmade from natural, non-toxic black clay, Chamba pieces are made to be used and cherished.

Before first use: Cure by filling to 3/4 with boiling water, placing in a hot oven, and heating for about 30-45 minutes. Allow to cool fully before washing.
Use: Oven-safe and suitable for open flame. Not compatible with induction. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
Care: Hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe. Restore sheen by wiping with white wine vinegar.

Crafted using ancestral techniques, each piece will develop its own rich character over time.
