Known locally as coquitas, the Chamba Condiment Dishes are a staple of the Colombian table — small, striking and deeply practical. This set of four is handcrafted in La Chamba from natural black clay and burnished by hand to achieve their soft satin sheen, entirely free from glazes or toxins.

Perfect for serving ají, sauces, olives, nuts or spices, they bring authenticity and quiet elegance to every table setting. Thoughtfully sized and beautifully tactile, they layer effortlessly with other Chamba pieces to create a cohesive, timeless spread.

Handmade from natural, non-toxic black clay, Chamba pieces are made to be used and cherished.

Before first use: Cure by filling to 3/4 with boiling water, placing in a hot oven, and heating for about 30-45 minutes. Allow to cool fully before washing.
Use: Oven-safe and suitable for open flame. Not compatible with induction. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
Care: Hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe. Restore sheen by wiping with white wine vinegar.

Crafted using ancestral techniques, each piece will develop its own rich character over time.
